Ingredients

  • Wholewheat flour –

Cooking instructions

  • Wash the beet, wrap in aluminum foil, and bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • After baking let the beet cool down, then peel and grate.
  • Add 3 spoons of cocoa, 90 g of wholegrain flour, 2 eggs and a teaspoon of baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, melt a tablet of dark chocolate with sugar and honey (eg. 2 spoons of honey and 2 spoons of stevia) and 3 spoons of oil.
  • Melted chocolate add to the dish with beets and mix everything thoroughly. Then put into a mold.
  • Bake 60-70 minutes at 180 degrees.
