Tortilla with baked salmon

Ingredients

  • Tortilla - 3 - 4 pieces
  • Cream cheese - 1 - 2 spoons
  • Greek yogurt - 1 - 2 teaspoons
  • Dill - 1 teaspoons
  • Horseradish - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salmon fillet - 100 - 150 g
  • Ice lettuce - 3 - 4 leafs
  • Tomato - 1 - 2 pieces
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pieces
  • Sunflower seeds - 1 handful
  • Olive oil - 1 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Mix cream cheese with Greek yogurt, dill, and horseradish.
  • Smear tortilla with cream cheese mass.
  • Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.
  • Bake the fish, in the aluminum foil, at 180 degrees for a few minutes.
  • Add ice lettuce, cut tomatoes, bell pepper, sunflower seeds, olive oil and then roll it.
