Cooking instructions

  • Fry eggs with pork sirloin. Sprinkle with dill.
  • White beans
    • Washed and soaked white beans (over night) boil until soft. Change the water twice during cooking.
    • Drain, add tomato passata or canned tomatoes. Optionally stewed onion and garlic can be added.
    • Seasone with salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, marjoram or cumin.
  • Serve with wholegrain toast and vegetables.
