Cooking instructions
- Fry eggs with pork sirloin. Sprinkle with dill.
- White beans
- Washed and soaked white beans (over night) boil until soft. Change the water twice during cooking.
- Drain, add tomato passata or canned tomatoes. Optionally stewed onion and garlic can be added.
- Seasone with salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, marjoram or cumin.
- Serve with wholegrain toast and vegetables.
