Cooking instructions

  • Paste 1:
    • Mix half of mackerel, 2 eggs, and half of the vegetables.
    • Add yogurt, mustard, black pepper, and chive.
    • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Paste 2:
    • Mix half of mackerel, 2 eggs, and half of the vegetables.
    • Add tomato passata or ketchup and oregano.
    • Mix everything thoroughly.
