Perfect for meat, pancakes and desserts.
- Peel apples, cut into the quarters.
- Transfer apples to a pot, pour water.
- Add cloves and cinnamon (optionally add honey or cane sugar).
- Boil until apples soften and water evaporates partialy.
- Remove cloves.
- Blend the apples.
- Boil blended apples for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold as prefered.
