  • Cloves –
  • Cinnamon –

  • Honey –
  • Sugar cane –

Cooking instructions

Perfect for meat, pancakes and desserts.

  • Peel apples, cut into the quarters.
  • Transfer apples to a pot, pour water.
  • Add cloves and cinnamon (optionally add honey or cane sugar).
  • Boil until apples soften and water evaporates partialy.
  • Remove cloves.
  • Blend the apples.
  • Boil blended apples for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold as prefered.
