Cooking instructions

  • Broth:
    • Remove skin from 3 chicken legs.
    • Peel tomatoes and peppers.
    • Chop vegetables.
    • Cook everything until soft, then blend.
  • Serve with:
    • basmati rice balls,
    • a spoon of Greek yogurt,
    • turkey meatballs (mix minced turkey meat with egg, red onion, and finely grated carrot, form balls and bake in a casserole dish).
