Cooking instructions
- Broth:
- Remove skin from 3 chicken legs.
- Peel tomatoes and peppers.
- Chop vegetables.
- Cook everything until soft, then blend.
- Serve with:
- basmati rice balls,
- a spoon of Greek yogurt,
- turkey meatballs (mix minced turkey meat with egg, red onion, and finely grated carrot, form balls and bake in a casserole dish).
