Mushroom soup with pasta

- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Carrot –
- Parsley or turnip –
- Onion –
- Chicken leg –

- Gnocchi pasta –
- Sea salt –
- Black pepper –
- Herbal pepper –
- Allspice –
- Bay leaf –
- Milk –
- Greek yogurt –
Cooking instructions
- Pour a drop of olive oil to a pan, stew chopped onion, pour some water and add sliced mushrooms, add a pinch of salt and stew.
- Pour water into the pot, add chicken, cook for 20-30 minutes, take off the scum.
- Add the vegetables and spices.
- Boil vegetables and meat until tender. Add a little bit of 2% milk.
- Boil pasta al dente.
- Add Greek yogurt at the plate. Decorate with sliced mushrooms and parsley.
