Ingredients

  • Agaricus mushrooms –

  • Gnocchi pasta –
  • Sea salt –

  • Herbal pepper –
  • Allspice –
  • Bay leaf –
  • Milk –
  • Greek yogurt –

Cooking instructions

  • Pour a drop of olive oil to a pan, stew chopped onion, pour some water and add sliced mushrooms, add a pinch of salt and stew.
  • Pour water into the pot, add chicken, cook for 20-30 minutes, take off the scum.
  • Add the vegetables and spices.
  • Boil vegetables and meat until tender. Add a little bit of 2% milk.
  • Boil pasta al dente.
  • Add Greek yogurt at the plate. Decorate with sliced mushrooms and parsley.
