Cooking instructions

  1. Dumplings with mushrooms
    • dumplings: wholemeal flour with hot water, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of olive oil;
    • stuffing: stew fresh mushrooms with onion, salt, pepper, and parsley, and then blend it.
  2. Borscht:
    • Grate beets and parsley.
    • Cut carrots into cubes.
    • Cook the soup on meat and vegetables base. If it is not enough expressive, you can add beet or lemon juice. If you like beans, you can add it instead of cabbage.
