Cooking instructions
- Boil cauliflower.
- Shredd ice lettuce, season with dill, salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice.
- Add pumpkin seeds.
- Wash chicken breasts. Slice the meat, season with salt, black pepper, sweet pepper, and oregano.
- Bake in aluminum foil at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Arrange mozzarella slices on the meat, tomato, and basil leaves, sprinkle with oregano, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
