Ingredients

  • Pollock fillet –
  • Eggs –
  • Carrot –
  • Parsley –
  • Leek –
  • Onion –
  • Bay leaf –
  • Black pepper –
  • Allspice –
  • Salt –
  • Orange juice –
  • Tomato passata –

Cooking instructions

  • Coat pollock with egg, then fry.
  • Grate carrots and parsley on coarse mesh. Cut leek and onion into slices or cubes. Stew vegetable in a pot with a little water. Add the bay leaf, pepper, allspice, and salt. Add a little bit of orange juice.
  • At the end of cooking, add to taste tomato passata or tomato paste.
