Pollock in orange vegetables

- Eggs –
- Carrot –
- Parsley –
- Leek –
- Onion –
- Bay leaf –
- Black pepper –
- Allspice –
- Salt –
- Orange juice –
- Tomato passata –
Cooking instructions
- Coat pollock with egg, then fry.
- Grate carrots and parsley on coarse mesh. Cut leek and onion into slices or cubes. Stew vegetable in a pot with a little water. Add the bay leaf, pepper, allspice, and salt. Add a little bit of orange juice.
- At the end of cooking, add to taste tomato passata or tomato paste.
