Cooking instructions

  • Squeeze some lemon juice on trout, add your favorite herbs, e.g.: lemon pepper, salt, thyme.
  • Fry on both sides on a grilling pan.
  • Sweet and sour sauce: pepper, onion, zucchini, pickles, carrot, parsley, garlic, and tomatoes, stew all in a little ammount of water.
  • Add the passata or tomato paste, and to taste season with: salt, pepper, bay leaf, sugar cane and sweet peppers.
  • Serve with basmati rice.
