Trout in sweet and sour sauce

- Lemon juice –
- Lemon pepper –
- Salt –
- Thyme –
- Red bell pepper –

- Zucchini –
- Pickles –
- Carrot –
- Parsley –
- Garlic –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Water –
- Tomato paste –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Bay leaf –
- Sugar cane –
- Sweet pepper –
- Basmati rice –
Cooking instructions
- Squeeze some lemon juice on trout, add your favorite herbs, e.g.: lemon pepper, salt, thyme.
- Fry on both sides on a grilling pan.
- Sweet and sour sauce: pepper, onion, zucchini, pickles, carrot, parsley, garlic, and tomatoes, stew all in a little ammount of water.
- Add the passata or tomato paste, and to taste season with: salt, pepper, bay leaf, sugar cane and sweet peppers.
- Serve with basmati rice.
