Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle trout with lemon juice, lemon pepper, basil, and thyme. Fry on a grill pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- Slice zucchini, cut peppers into strips. Fry the vegetables from both sides on a grill pan.
- Salad: lettuce, cucumber, carrot, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, olive oil mixed with lemon juice and dill.
