- Put shrimps to a bowl, add soy sauce, and lime juice.
- At a little bit of coconut oil to a frying pan, add chopped red onion, three color peppers cut into strips, carrots cut into strips, green peas, and chives.
- Pour a little water and stew.
- Add shrimps, 2 spoons of tomato passata, a spoon of ketchup, and sweet chili sauce.
- To taste: salt, ginger, sweet and hot peppers, cinnamon.
- Serve with basmati rice, sprinkled with parsley and chives.
In addition you can serve white wine.
