- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Lemon juice –
- Eggs –
- Corn flakes –
- Oatmeal –
- Potato –
- Favorite herbs –
Cooking instructions
- Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, cover with egg and blended cornflakes and oatmeal.
- Fry on a drop of coconut oil.
- Cut potatoes into very thin slices, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes. You can add salt and sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
