Cooking instructions

  • Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, cover with egg and blended cornflakes and oatmeal.
  • Fry on a drop of coconut oil.
  • Cut potatoes into very thin slices, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes. You can add salt and sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
