- Black pepper –
- Lemon juice –

- Corn flakes –
- Wholemeal bread roll –
- Lettuce –
- Cucumber –
- Red bell pepper –
- Ketchup –
Cooking instructions
- Season cod with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Cover with egg and blended corn flakes.
- Fry on a little coconut oil.
- At favourite vegetables into a whole-grain breadroll. I used lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, and a little bit of ketchup.
