  • Lemon juice –

  • Corn flakes –
  • Wholemeal bread roll –

  • Red bell pepper –
  • Ketchup –

Cooking instructions

  • Season cod with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Cover with egg and blended corn flakes.
  • Fry on a little coconut oil.
  • At favourite vegetables into a whole-grain breadroll. I used lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, and a little bit of ketchup.
  • Additionally, cherry tomatoes.
