Cooking instructions

  • Season cod with salt, pepper, lemon, thyme, coat in egg, or fry without anything on coconut oil.
  • Stew vegetables cut into strips in a saucepan with a little water :
    • onion,
    • carrot,
    • parsnip,
    • half a leek,
    • peppers in 3 colors.
  • When the vegetables soften, add the passata, a little tomato paste, salt, black and herb pepper, thyme, sweet peppers and herbs de Provence. Add the sliced into strips pickles and a little apple vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
  • To taste, if you like, you can add soy sauce, a little sugar cane, and if someone likes hotter dishes, the chili sauce or chili.
  • Serve warm or cold. I have served it with cous cous.
