Cod in sweet and sour sauce

- Tomato paste –
- Salt –

- Pickles –
- Apple vinegar –
- Balsamic vinegar –
Cooking instructions
- Season cod with salt, pepper, lemon, thyme, coat in egg, or fry without anything on coconut oil.
- Stew vegetables cut into strips in a saucepan with a little water :
- onion,
- carrot,
- parsnip,
- half a leek,
- peppers in 3 colors.
- When the vegetables soften, add the passata, a little tomato paste, salt, black and herb pepper, thyme, sweet peppers and herbs de Provence. Add the sliced into strips pickles and a little apple vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
