Ingredients

  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Onion –
  • Turkey minced meat –
  • Tomato passata –
  • Eggs –
  • Red bell pepper –
  • Salt –
  • Black pepper –
  • Sweet pepper –
  • Basil –
  • Oregano –
  • Mozzarella –
  • Semolina –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut the onion, and stew.
  • Wash, peal and then cut the legs off from mushrooms.
  • Add mushrooms' legs to the onion.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with spices and egg, if the mix is too thin, you can add semolina.
  • Stuff mushroom hats, and put in the oven preheated to 180 C.
  • Bake about 25 minutes on a baking tray with a barbecue grill.
