Stuffed mushroom hats

Ingredients
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Onion –
- Turkey minced meat –
- Tomato passata –
- Eggs –
- Red bell pepper –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Sweet pepper –
- Basil –
- Oregano –
- Mozzarella –
- Semolina –
Cooking instructions
- Cut the onion, and stew.
- Wash, peal and then cut the legs off from mushrooms.
- Add mushrooms' legs to the onion.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with spices and egg, if the mix is too thin, you can add semolina.
- Stuff mushroom hats, and put in the oven preheated to 180 C.
- Bake about 25 minutes on a baking tray with a barbecue grill.
