Cooking instructions

  • Cook skinless chicken legs with root vegetables (carrots, onions, parsley), add allspice, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley, marjoram, salt, herb pepper, sweet peppers.
  • Separate the bones from the cooked chicken, cut into smaller pieces. Cut the carrots into cubes or slices.
  • Place the carrots, corn, peas, red pepper in layers in the bowls.
  • Sliced chicken mix with the rest of the vegetables, and then add to the bowls.
  • Prepare gelatin according to instructions on the package, and pour it to the bowls.
  • Leave for the night to solidify.
  • Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
