Cooking instructions
- Mix balsamic vinegar with salt, a little bit of sugar cane, add basil, oregano, garlic (fresh or dried), add olive oil.
- You can also add pesto made from fresh basil.
- Cut tomatoes into halves, cut mozzarella into cubes.
- Put everything into a bowl with sauce.
- Prick the vegetables and mozzarella on toothpicks together with fresh basil leaves.
