Ingredients

Cooking instructions

  • Mix balsamic vinegar with salt, a little bit of sugar cane, add basil, oregano, garlic (fresh or dried), add olive oil.
  • You can also add pesto made from fresh basil.
  • Cut tomatoes into halves, cut mozzarella into cubes.
  • Put everything into a bowl with sauce.
  • Prick the vegetables and mozzarella on toothpicks together with fresh basil leaves.
