Ingredients

  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Red onion –
  • Chive –
  • Salt –
  • Black pepper –
  • Herbal pepper –

  • Pickles –
  • Diet mayonnaise –
  • Cuckooflower –

Cooking instructions

  • Dice onions, great mushrooms, saute on a frying pan, add chives and spices.
  • Boil eggs, cut eggs into halves, and remove the yolks.
  • Smash the egg yolks with a fork and add to a bowl.
  • Add mushrooms, onions, spices and homemade mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
  • Mix with mustard or horseradish.
  • You can also add extra pickles and red pepper.
  • Finally sprinkle with cuckooflower.
