- Red onion –
- Chive –

- Diet mayonnaise –

Cooking instructions
- Dice onions, great mushrooms, saute on a frying pan, add chives and spices.
- Boil eggs, cut eggs into halves, and remove the yolks.
- Smash the egg yolks with a fork and add to a bowl.
- Add mushrooms, onions, spices and homemade mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
- Mix with mustard or horseradish.
- You can also add extra pickles and red pepper.
- Finally sprinkle with cuckooflower.
