  • Corn starch -
  • Wholewheat flour -
  • Hot water -
  • Salt -
  • Sweet pepper -
  • Basil -

Cooking instructions

  • Mix flours with hot water, add spices, knead together and roll out to make as thin cake as possible.
  • Cut out triangles. Fry on a dry frying pan on both sides.
  • Serve with salsa, for example tomato one.
