Cooking instructions

  • Marinate duck.
  • Put cut carrot and parsnip to a casserole dish.
  • Add orange slices, apple, dried apricots, dried cranberry, and raisins.
  • Arrange the duck on the top and bake under cover at 160 degrees for 90 minutes.
  • Remove the cover around 10 minutes before end to let the duck get golden color.
  • Serve with red cabbage, beetroots, and baked potatoes with dill (instead of potatoes you can use millet).
  • Serve with cranberry sauce.
