- Orange juice –
- Olive oil –
- Marjoram –

Cooking instructions
- Marinate duck.
- Put cut carrot and parsnip to a casserole dish.
- Add orange slices, apple, dried apricots, dried cranberry, and raisins.
- Arrange the duck on the top and bake under cover at 160 degrees for 90 minutes.
- Remove the cover around 10 minutes before end to let the duck get golden color.
- Serve with red cabbage, beetroots, and baked potatoes with dill (instead of potatoes you can use millet).
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
