Cooking instructions
- Remove skin from chicken legs.
- Boil skinless chicken legs with carrot, onion, and parsley.
- Add allspice, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley, marjoram, salt, herbal pepper, and sweet pepper.
- Debone and cut the boiled meat.
- Slice the carrot.
- Put carrot slices in a bowl, add corn, peas, and cut red bell pepper.
- Add the chicken legs.
- Prepare gelatin and add to the bowl.
- Set aside for the whole night.
