Cooking instructions

  • Remove skin from chicken legs.
  • Boil skinless chicken legs with carrot, onion, and parsley.
  • Add allspice, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley, marjoram, salt, herbal pepper, and sweet pepper.
  • Debone and cut the boiled meat.
  • Slice the carrot.
  • Put carrot slices in a bowl, add corn, peas, and cut red bell pepper.
  • Add the chicken legs.
  • Prepare gelatin and add to the bowl.
  • Set aside for the whole night.
  • Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
