Fusilli with tomato-pepper sauce with grilled vegetables

Cooking instructions
- Boil fusilli as instructed on the package.
- Cut zucchini and 1 red pepper, then grill.
- Pour a little bit of olive oil to a pot, add garlic, cut onion, and stew.
- Add tomatoes, tomato passata, 2 red peppers without peel, carrots, a piece of peeled zucchini, parsley, a little bit of water and stew.
- When vegetables soften, blend them, if it is too thick add some water.
- Blended mixture pour to a pot and stew for a while.
- Add salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, sweet pepper, and chili pepper.
- You can sprinkle with parmesan or mozzarella.
