- Farfalle pasta –
- Chanterelle –
- Onion –
- Garlic –
- Coconut oil –
- Milk –
- Parsley –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Natural yogurt –
Cooking instructions
- Clean chanterelles.
- Stew cut onion with garlic.
- Add the mushrooms, pour a little bit of milk and stew everything together for 20-30 minutes. Stir constantly.
- Add parsley, salt, black, pepper, natural or Greek yogurt and stew for a few more minutes.
- Boil pasta al dente.
- Serve pasta with chanterelles, sprinkled fresh parsley.
