Ingredients

  • Farfalle pasta –
  • Chanterelle –
  • Onion –
  • Garlic –
  • Coconut oil –
  • Milk –
  • Parsley –
  • Salt –
  • Black pepper –
  • Natural yogurt –

Cooking instructions

  • Clean chanterelles.
  • Stew cut onion with garlic.
  • Add the mushrooms, pour a little bit of milk and stew everything together for 20-30 minutes. Stir constantly.
  • Add parsley, salt, black, pepper, natural or Greek yogurt and stew for a few more minutes.
  • Boil pasta al dente.
  • Serve pasta with chanterelles, sprinkled fresh parsley.
