Cooking instructions
- Make cuts in pork ham, then marinate it.
- Set aside for a few hours or leave for the whole night in a fridge.
- Wash, then soak dried mushrooms. Then boil them for half an hour.
- Arrange cooked mushrooms in a casserole dish, add sliced carrot, onion, add some water, finally put ham on top.
- Bake under cover at 200 degrees until soft (around 1-1.5 hours). Moist the meat from time to time with the resulting sauce.
- Serve with buckwheat groats, beetroot salad, and pickles.
