Turkey liver with mustard

- Turkey liver –
- Milk –
- Onion –
- Horseradish mustard –
- Apple –
- Salt –
- Potato –
- Greek yogurt –
- Dill –
Cooking instructions
- Wash turkey liver, flood with milk, set aside to the fridge for half an hour.
- Stew onion, add a little bit of water.
- Drain turkey liver, add mustard, mix everything thoroughly.
- Stew turkey liver with onion.
- At the end of stewing add peeled and cut apples.
- Add salt before serving.
- Serve with potato puree with Greek yogurt and dill.
