  • Milk –
  • Onion –
  • Horseradish mustard –
  • Apple –

  • Greek yogurt –

Cooking instructions

  • Wash turkey liver, flood with milk, set aside to the fridge for half an hour.
  • Stew onion, add a little bit of water.
  • Drain turkey liver, add mustard, mix everything thoroughly.
  • Stew turkey liver with onion.
  • At the end of stewing add peeled and cut apples.
  • Add salt before serving.
  • Serve with potato puree with Greek yogurt and dill.
