Cooking instructions
- Wash chicken legs, remove fat, transfer the meat to a bowl, add spices, honey, tangerine juice, mix everything, and set to a fridge.
- Put cut carrot, parsnip, onion, tangerine, and dried cranberry to a casserole dish.
- Arrange chicken on top, pour a little bit of water and bake under cover at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- 10 minutes before to end remove the cover to allow chicken to crisp.
- Serve with rice, carrot salad, and cucumber salad with natural yogurt.
