Cooking instructions
- Boil tagliatelle al dente in salted water with olive oil.
- Fry beef and turkey meat.
- Fry cut onion with garlic in a pot.
- Stew everything with a little bit of olive oil.
- Pour a little bit of water, add cut red bell pepper and carrot.
- Stew everything for 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes or tomato passata, herbs, and fried meat.
- Boil everything for 30 minutes.
