Cooking instructions

  • Boil tagliatelle al dente in salted water with olive oil.
  • Fry beef and turkey meat.
  • Fry cut onion with garlic in a pot.
  • Stew everything with a little bit of olive oil.
  • Pour a little bit of water, add cut red bell pepper and carrot.
  • Stew everything for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes or tomato passata, herbs, and fried meat.
  • Boil everything for 30 minutes.
  • At the end of boiling add beaten egg and mix.
