Turkey liver cutlets with apple mousse

Ingredients
- Turkey liver –
- Eggs –
- Wholewheat flour –
- Corn starch –
- Red onion –
- Parsley –
- Marjoram –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Milk –
Cooking instructions
- Wash turkey liver and cut into cubes.
- Transfer to a bowl with milk, add stewed onion, marjoram, parsley, flour, and egg.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Use spoon to form small cutlets from the mixture on a frying pan.
- Fry in a little bit of olive or coconut oil.
- To speed up the process frying pan can be covered.
- Add salt and pepper only at the end of cooking!
- Alternatively cutelets can be baked (use baking paper to protect baking tray)
- Serve with unpeeled baked potatoes (cut potatoes into halves before baking) and apple mousse.
