Ingredients

  • Turkey liver –
  • Eggs –
  • Wholewheat flour –
  • Corn starch –
  • Red onion –
  • Parsley –
  • Marjoram –
  • Salt –
  • Black pepper –
  • Milk –

Cooking instructions

  • Wash turkey liver and cut into cubes.
  • Transfer to a bowl with milk, add stewed onion, marjoram, parsley, flour, and egg.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Use spoon to form small cutlets from the mixture on a frying pan.
  • Fry in a little bit of olive or coconut oil.
  • To speed up the process frying pan can be covered.
  • Add salt and pepper only at the end of cooking!
  • Alternatively cutelets can be baked (use baking paper to protect baking tray)
  • Serve with unpeeled baked potatoes (cut potatoes into halves before baking) and apple mousse.
