  • Red onion –

Cooking instructions

  • Stew onion and add a little bit of water.
  • Wash and dry poultry liver, and add to the pan.
  • Add grated pear and apple pieces.
  • At the end of stewing add spices and natural yogurt.
  • Serve with potatoes and beetroots.
