- Poultry liver –
- Red onion –
- Apple –
- Pear –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Marjoram –
- Basil –

- Natural yogurt –
Cooking instructions
- Stew onion and add a little bit of water.
- Wash and dry poultry liver, and add to the pan.
- Add grated pear and apple pieces.
- At the end of stewing add spices and natural yogurt.
