Tricolor bundt cake

Ingredients

- Rapeseed oil –

- Lemon kissel –
- Cherry kissel –

Cooking instructions
- Whip 5 egg yolks with 2 spoons of brown sugar (you can use eg. stevia);
- While mixing, slowly add oil (just over half a glass), water (1 cup) 2 glasses of flour and baking powder (2 teaspoons);
- In a second bowl, beat the egg whites;
- Mix stiffly beaten egg whites with prepared mass, and divide into 3 parts;
- Mix the first part with 2 spoons of cocoa, mix the second with lemon jelly, and the third part mix with the cherry jelly;
- Pour subsequently masses into a mold: cocoa, lemon, and cherry;
- Bake for one hour at 200 degrees;
- Topping: dark chocolate with orange peel, melted in a water bath.
