Cooking instructions

- Boil potatoes al dente, drain, put in a bowl.
- Mix potatoes with marjoram, sweet pepper, and oregano.

- Boil the cabbage with apple, salt, pepper, and apple vinegar.
- Meat balls
- Mix turkey meat with cut leek, shredded carrot, egg, and semolina.
- Form balls and boil.
- Add cut parsley, carrot, red bell pepper, green pepper, and mushrooms slices.
- Add salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, dill, tomato passata or canned tomatoes.
- Cook until tender.
