Cooking instructions

  • Potatoes
    • Boil potatoes al dente, drain, put in a bowl.
    • Mix potatoes with marjoram, sweet pepper, and oregano.
    • Bake them for 20 minutes.
  • Salad
    • Shred red cabbage.
    • Boil the cabbage with apple, salt, pepper, and apple vinegar.
  • Meat balls
    • Mix turkey meat with cut leek, shredded carrot, egg, and semolina.
    • Form balls and boil.
    • Add cut parsley, carrot, red bell pepper, green pepper, and mushrooms slices.
    • Add salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, dill, tomato passata or canned tomatoes.
    • Cook until tender.
    • Evaporate water.
    • You can add a little bit of milk or natural yogurt.
