Cooking instructions
- Season chicken and set to the fridge for an hour.
- Bake or roast the meat.
- Place a tray with water underneath the chicken, evaporating water will add juiciness to the meat.
- Alternatively, chicken can be baked in a baking sleeve or in casserole dish.
- Prepare potato puree with dill and Greek yogurt.
