Bigos with dried mushrooms

- Sauerkraut –
- Dried mushrooms –
- Turkey leg –
- Bay leaf –
- Allspice –
- Herbal pepper –
- Salt –
- Cloves –
- Cumin –
- Carrot –
- Onion –
Cooking instructions
- Soak dried mushrooms in water.
- Pour a little bit of olive oil to a pot.
- Fry cut onion in the pot.
- Add shredded cabbage, grated carrot, cut meat, and water.
- Stew for 20 minutes.
- Add sauerkraut, and the dried mushrooms.
- Season to taste.
