Ingredients

  • Cabbage –
  • Sauerkraut –
  • Dried mushrooms –
  • Turkey leg –
  • Bay leaf –
  • Allspice –
  • Herbal pepper –
  • Salt –
  • Cloves –
  • Cumin –
  • Carrot –
  • Onion –

Cooking instructions

  • Soak dried mushrooms in water.
  • Pour a little bit of olive oil to a pot.
  • Fry cut onion in the pot.
  • Add shredded cabbage, grated carrot, cut meat, and water.
  • Stew for 20 minutes.
  • Add sauerkraut, and the dried mushrooms.
  • Season to taste.
  • Boil for 1 hour.
