Cooking instructions

  • Chops
    • Mince meat.
    • Mix meat with eggs, semolina, cut red bell pepper, grated carrot, onion or chive.
    • Add salt, black pepper, parsley, sweet pepper, thyme or oregano.
    • Grill chops.
  • Potatoes
    • Peel, cut and boil potatoes.
    • Strain the potatoes.
    • Add a little bit of olive oil, oregano, and marjoram.
    • Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Salad
    • Boil beetroots, then peel them and grate.
    • Fry with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
