- Thyme -

Cooking instructions
- Chops
- Mince meat.
- Mix meat with eggs, semolina, cut red bell pepper, grated carrot, onion or chive.
- Add salt, black pepper, parsley, sweet pepper, thyme or oregano.
- Grill chops.
- Potatoes
- Peel, cut and boil potatoes.
- Strain the potatoes.
- Add a little bit of olive oil, oregano, and marjoram.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- Boil beetroots, then peel them and grate.
