Cooking instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin slices, divide into 3 parts
- add sweet pepper to the first part
- add dill, garlic, and a spoon of milk to the second part
- add salt to the third part
- Place the chips on a baking paper and put the the oven for around 15 minutes, until they brown.
- You can spice up according to your taste.
- Spices that go well with the chips include chili, oregano, basil, pepper.
- During baking you can also rotate the chips after several minutes to get them brown on both sides.
- You can also sprinkle a bit of olive oil on the chips before baking.
