Cooking instructions

  • Slice pork chop, tenderize, add salt and black pepper.
  • Prepare stuffing.
    • Stuffing 1: mix cut pickles with grated cheese and mustard.
    • Stuffing 2: mix cut grilled pepper, tomato mozzarella, and basil.
  • Roll pork chop with stuffing.
  • Lock with toothpick.
  • Place roll in a pot with water.
  • Stew for 20 minutes.
  • Add Greek yogurt with dill.
  • Serve with rice, beetroot, and salad.
