Cooking instructions
- Slice pork chop, tenderize, add salt and black pepper.
- Prepare stuffing.
- Stuffing 1: mix cut pickles with grated cheese and mustard.
- Stuffing 2: mix cut grilled pepper, tomato mozzarella, and basil.
- Roll pork chop with stuffing.
- Lock with toothpick.
- Place roll in a pot with water.
- Stew for 20 minutes.
- Add Greek yogurt with dill.
- Serve with rice, beetroot, and salad.
