Cooking instructions

  • Stuffing:
    • Stew onion with garlic, red bell pepper, and mushrooms.
    • Add salt, black pepper, herbs, egg, and semolina.
  • Wash chicken legs.
  • Debone the meat.
  • Stuff the meat.
  • Season with sea salt, sweet pepper, marjoram, and black pepper.
  • Bake covered at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with basmati rice, beetroot salad, and vegetables.
