Cooking instructions
- Stuffing:
- Stew onion with garlic, red bell pepper, and mushrooms.
- Add salt, black pepper, herbs, egg, and semolina.
- Wash chicken legs.
- Debone the meat.
- Stuff the meat.
- Season with sea salt, sweet pepper, marjoram, and black pepper.
- Bake covered at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Serve with basmati rice, beetroot salad, and vegetables.
