Cooking instructions

  • Fry in a pot onion with garlic in olive or coconut oil.
  • Add a little bit of salt.
  • Fry cut turkey meat on a frying pan.
  • Stew the meat and add it to the pot.
  • Pour a little bit of water, add diced red bell pepper, peeled tomatoes, and canned tomatoes.
  • Stew everything until soft, season, and add tomato paste.
