Cooking instructions

  1. Mix meat with eggs, grated carrot, and the remaining ingredients.
  2. Form burgers, fry them in coconut oil or grill them.
  3. Prepare salad.
  • Salad 1:
    • Grate carrots and apples.
    • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Salad 2:
    • Shred kale and stir leaves in boiling water, drain them, and run under cold water.
    • Add the remaining ingredients.
    • Mix all together.
    • Sauce: Mix olive oil with lemon juice, honey, dill, salt, black pepper, and basil.
