Cooking instructions
- Slice chicken breasts, season with salt, sweet pepper, and marjoram.
- Cut kale into 1 cm thick slices.
- Put interchangeably chicken and kale in a casserole dish.
- Add leek and carrot slices.
- Season all with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, marjoram, kumin, and add a bit of water.
- Bake covered at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Vegetable puree:
- Boil potatoes with carrot and parsnips.
- Drain vegetables, smash them and mix with yogurt and dill.
