Cooking instructions

  • Slice chicken breasts, season with salt, sweet pepper, and marjoram.
  • Cut kale into 1 cm thick slices.
  • Put interchangeably chicken and kale in a casserole dish.
  • Add leek and carrot slices.
  • Season all with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, marjoram, kumin, and add a bit of water.
  • Bake covered at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  • Vegetable puree:
    • Boil potatoes with carrot and parsnips.
    • Drain vegetables, smash them and mix with yogurt and dill.
  • Prepare salad.
