Chops with vegetarian cabbage rolls

- Red bell pepper -
- Green bell pepper -
- Carrot -
- Dried tomatoes -
- Barley groats -
- Tomato passata -

Cooking instructions
- Chops
- Mix minced meat with grated carrot and eggs in a bowl.
- If the consistency of the mix is too loose add semolina.
- Add salt, black pepper, sweet pepper, and oregano.
- Form cutlets and fry them in coconut oil without breading.
- Cabbage roll
- Put cabbage for a few minutes in boiling water so it would soften. Cut out hard parts of the leaves.
- Stuffing: stew onion with mushrooms, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, carrot, dried tomatoes, and barley groats.
- Roll cabbage, transfer cabbage rolls to a casserole dish.
- Mix tomato passata with a little bit of milk or Greek yogurt. Add spices and herbs. Add sauce to the casserole dish.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
