Baked rice with apples and cinnamon

- Basmati rice –
- Apple –
- Cinnamon –
- Honey –
- Stevia –
- Greek yogurt –
Cooking instructions
- Boil rice with salt al dente.
- Grate apples and mix with cinnamon.
- Optionally you can add honey, stevia or brown sugar.
- Put rice and apples interchangeably in a casserole dish.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve with Greek yogurt.
