Ingredients

  • Basmati rice –
  • Apple –
  • Cinnamon –
  • Honey –
  • Stevia –
  • Greek yogurt –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil rice with salt al dente.
  • Grate apples and mix with cinnamon.
  • Optionally you can add honey, stevia or brown sugar.
  • Put rice and apples interchangeably in a casserole dish.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with Greek yogurt.
