Cooking instructions
- Put aluminum foil on the bottom and sides of casserole dish.
- Put cut vegetables: carrot, parsnip, and potatoes, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Pour a little bit of water.
- Arrange cod fillet, sprinkle with lemon juice, sea salt, and lemon pepper.
- Bake covered at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Serve with cooked broccoli, green beans, and brussels sprouts.
- Serve the fish with honey-mustard sauce.
