Cooking instructions

  • Put aluminum foil on the bottom and sides of casserole dish.
  • Put cut vegetables: carrot, parsnip, and potatoes, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Pour a little bit of water.
  • Arrange cod fillet, sprinkle with lemon juice, sea salt, and lemon pepper.
  • Bake covered at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with cooked broccoli, green beans, and brussels sprouts.
  • Serve the fish with honey-mustard sauce.
