Cooking instructions
- Season cod with lemon pepper, sweet pepper, and thyme.
- Cut vegetables into strips: red and yellow paprika, carrot, and red onion.
- Put vegetables to casserole dish, sprinkle with herbs, put the fish on the top, and them bake in the oven in foil, about 20-30 minutes.
- Serve the fish sprinkled with lemon juice and cooked vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts).
